SeniorCare Homes staff, family and friends gathered on a beautiful fall morning to walk to end Alzheimer’s. We were “On The Move” to raise funds that benefit care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association and to raise awareness to encourage people to seek an accurate and early diagnosis. Alzheimer’s is a disease that is an escalating health epidemic — left unchecked, 16 million Americans will develop the disease, including 10 million baby boomers. The walk also raised money to support those living with Alzheimer’s and the many caregivers who manage the financial and emotional burdens of their loved ones.Thank you to all who participated this year!
