Our Newport and Nantucket homes received a 100% deficiency free survey from the State of Kansas! We are extremely proud of our Nurses and Team Members!!!! This means that all four SeniorCare locations are operating with deficiency free surveys and we have received perfect surveys in 2009,2010,2011,2012 and 2013.

They have a lot of programs and activities for the residents, so they are not just sitting around staring at the walls. They also involve the residents in daily activities when possible. The house is spotless, well maintained inside and out. The garden and walking path are enjoyable year round. The residents are well cared for. Mom’s clothes, hair, nails always look great. They know her many stories and how to respond specifically to her when she is upset. They work with the family to keep her medications to a minimum. “My dad lived at SeniorCare Homes’ Waveny Park House for more than two years. It was a great experience for him and our family. When you walk into a SeniorCare house, you feel a wonderful positive energy and a sense of family. It’s not institutional. It doesn’t have that funky nursing home smell. It is a regular home.
