SeniorCare Homes LLC (www.seniorcare-homes.com) based in Prairie Village,  is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew White to President, and owner & founder Jerry Pullins to the role of Chief Executive Officer.  This restructure comes as current Director of Operations, Diane Wining, will retire into a more limited role later this month. Matthew brings an extensive background in real estate development, hospitality and construction that will significantly enhance and shape SeniorCare’s future.

White has been serving 2 years as Director of Operations & Development for John Knox Village. Before that, he was a Project Manager for AJAX Consulting Services, a Boston-based firm specializing in the management of real estate development, large-scale renovations and capital investment projects of all sizes across the country.

Pullins founded SeniorCare Homes in 2007 with aspirations of providing a smaller, more personal senior living option for those living with Alzheimer’s disease. The Home Plus concept is licensed by the State of Kansas and provides professional care for up to 9 residents in beautiful neighborhood homes located throughout Johnson County. Truly personal care is scarce in the world of “big box” corporate chain nursing homes and SeniorCare is filling a crucial need in Kansas City’s current senior living landscape.

White is driven to merge his passion for delighting guests in larger hotel and senior living sectors into this smaller, more personalized concept with Pullins. It is an amazing match for two visionaries driven by a belief that old fashioned hospitality still has a very significant place in senior living.
