I’ll say. Check out this ride! We love seeing Pets for Life visit our homes. Sunny the Golden Retriever is a crowd favorite and enjoyed a the beautiful day at all the SeniorCare homes recently. She brings much joy to each resident. See you soon, Sunny! Stay cool!

The lovely ladies at Newport House had a ball coloring Easter eggs and dining on bunny cake Easter Sunday. Their eggs turned out beautifully and Nancy was proud to show off her creation.

The outdoor and indoor living space at the Nantucket House is abundant. The amenities are going to be amazing! If you would like to schedule a tour, please contact our office at 913-236-0036. We would love to show you the house!

The Taco Bar Party at the Waveny Park House was enjoyed by all. Families came from near and far to enjoy the evening with friends and family. The kids even enjoyed hitting the pinata.

“My dad has been with SeniorCare homes about 9 months now. They take great care of him and are very communicative when it comes to any issues that may arise. They have a lot of programs and activities for the residents, so they are not just sitting around staring at the walls. They also involve the residents in daily activities when possible. When you visit you feel like you are in a house rather than a facility–because you are, and the caregivers make you feel at home and accommodate whatever you might like to do with your loved one. They also have a lot of fun monthly get-togethers for family members to come visit and become acquainted. The facilities are all state licensed. “My mother has been a resident here for a year. We looked at several facilities in the area and found none that come close to creating such a safe and comfortable home environment. The house is spotless, well maintained inside and out. The garden and walking path are enjoyable year round. The residents are well cared for. Mom’s clothes, hair, nails always look great. They know her many stories and how to respond specifically to her when she is upset. They work with the family to keep her medications to a minimum. They sit with her, hold her hand and talk with her when she is confused or needing a little extra TLC. They are very welcoming to the family when we visit. They deal with her mood swings appropriately redirecting her and giving her attention. They are patient and professional dealing with her many night time wakings.
